In the current economic context, an MBA is essential for executive authority, yet the constraints of traditional classroom attendance often make advanced study an "impossible mission" for working professionals. To bridge this gap, Angel’s International University utilizes the APEL (Accreditation Prior Experiential Learning) system. This 40-credit postgraduate program recognizes that your years of operational strategy, project implementation, and leadership are worth significant academic weight. The program requires a total of 40 credits beyond a Bachelor’s degree. Through the APEL assessment of your professional CV, candidates obtain at least 29 credits via prior experience, while the remaining 11 credits are earned through a specialized thesis of at least 50 pages, agreed upon with a supervisor.

This research phase provides an excellent opportunity to deep-dive into specific business issues or prepare a roadmap for your next career milestone, with a flexible timeframe ranging from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 24 months. To maintain the prestige of the Executive MBA, Angel’s International University adheres to strict professional standards focused on the depth of your management portfolio. If a candidate does not hold a Bachelor's degree, a Dual Degree BBA + MBA path may be considered to ensure all academic requirements are met through the validation of comprehensive professional experience.

The validation process begins with the submission of a detailed CV to our academic board, a process taking between three days and two weeks. Successful candidates receive a Provisional Certificate highlighting their validated credits and a non-binding proposal for enrollment in our Faculty of Business.
